I used this once. I spoke to the company, which was extremely helpful and apologetic. Just once. They ripped along the seams and holes when rubbed against the windshield. It was the first time they heard of this happening, but maybe it is the region where I am located (Northeast), where is just isn't strong enough for out winters. Still the company was great.
I was very pleased with the amount of time it took my product to get here. Additionally, my husband and I are quite pleased with the cover as it fits his vehicle and protects it from damages.
